Is time registration mandatory in the Netherlands and EU?

Yes. The Dutch Working Hours Act (Arbeidstijdenwet) requires employers to keep records of employees' working hours. Similar obligations apply across the EU following the 2019 CJEU ruling (Case C-55/18).

Where is my data stored?

All Infrix data is hosted on EU servers. The platform is GDPR and AVG compliant by default, with encryption in transit and at rest.

Which accounting and payroll software does Infrix connect to?

Microsoft 365 and Stripe are live today. Exact, AFAS, and QuickBooks are on our roadmap and rolling out during the beta. When they land, tracked hours and approved timesheets will export directly — no double entry.

How much does Infrix cost during the beta?

Infrix is free during the early access beta. No credit card is required. Beta users keep their launch pricing when the product exits beta.

Do I have to use every feature?

No. Infrix is modular. Use scheduling only, time registration only, or the full stack — your team chooses what fits their workflow.
